An erection, whether or not the tablets worked
Trimix works on the blood vessels directly, not through the pathway tablets use. It doesn’t depend on arousal to start.
Trimix
A prescription injection for when tablets haven’t worked, or can’t be taken. Three medications in one small dose, prepared for you by a U.S. pharmacy.
Plain packaging. No insurance needed. Nothing charged unless prescribed.
Important safety informationA mix of three medications (alprostadil, papaverine and phentolamine) that relax the blood vessels in the penis directly. It’s compounded, meaning a U.S. state-licensed pharmacy prepares it for your individual prescription, and it’s what clinicians turn to when the tablets don’t do the job.
A very small injection into the side of the penis, with a short, fine needle, 5 to 15 minutes before sex. Most people say it’s easier than they expected.
[$Z] per vial, including clinician review, dosing guidance and shipping. No insurance needed.

Faster than a tablet. Your clinician sets the dose, and it’s the dose, not the timing, that you’ll adjust together.
Long enough. If it lasts more than 4 hours, that’s an emergency, and the safety information below says what to do.

Get a clinician's review
A U.S.-licensed clinician reviews within 48 hours. Your card is held, not charged.
Receive your protocol
If prescribed, payment goes through and your protocol & medicine ships within a few days.
If you haven’t tried a tablet yet, that’s usually where a clinician starts.
The tablets are FDA-approved generics. Trimix is compounded and is not FDA-approved. Your clinician decides which belongs in your protocol.
Tablets first, for most people. Trimix is for when tablets haven’t worked, cause side effects you can’t live with, or can’t be combined with medication you take, such as nitrates. Your clinician makes that call with you.
Most people describe a brief pinch. The needle is short and fine, the volume is tiny, and your clinician shows you where and how on video before your first dose.
Anyone with sickle cell disease, a bleeding disorder or on blood thinners, a history of priapism, or scarring or curvature of the penis. Your clinician screens for this. Full list in the safety information below.
Trimix is a compounded medication and is not FDA-approved. It is prescribed for erectile dysfunction when other treatments are not suitable. Use only the dose your clinician sets, and never more than once in 24 hours or more than three times a week. Common side effects include pain or aching at the injection site or in the penis, bruising, and a small bump where the injection went in. Repeated injections in the same spot can cause scarring over time; rotate sites as your clinician shows you. An erection lasting more than 4 hours is a medical emergency: go to an emergency room. Do not use if you have sickle cell disease, a bleeding disorder, a history of priapism, or scarring or curvature of the penis. Tell your clinician about all medications you take. Store the vial refrigerated. This is not a complete list; your clinician will review risks with you.
